RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Orders may be cancelled as long as production has not yet begun.
Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled, as every EINIDO product is handcrafted specifically for each customer.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused.

Be returned in its original condition.

Be returned in its original packaging, whenever possible.

Show no signs of damage or alteration after delivery.

Returns and refunds are not available for:

Custom-made or personalized products.

Products that have been used.

Products damaged after delivery.

Sale or end-of-season items.

Products that are not returned in accordance with this policy.

Before returning a product, please contact us to receive return instructions.
As some of our products are delicate, we recommend using the original packaging to provide the best possible protection during return shipping.
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method, in accordance with applicable law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of both the product and its packaging.

Every EINIDO product is handcrafted. Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations in print placement, fabric texture, or finishing details may occur. These variations are part of each product's unique character and are not considered defects.

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

We recommend keeping the original packaging until you have received and inspected your order in case a return is required.

כל מוצר ב EINIDO מיוצר ומורכב בעבודת יד. בשל אופיו של תהליך הייצור, ייתכנו הבדלים קלים במיקום ההדפס, במרקם הבד או בפרטי הגימור. הבדלים אלו הם חלק מאופיו הייחודי של כל מוצר ואינם מהווים פגם.
